Is a deposit required?  Yes. A $20 non-refundable deposit is required at least 7 days in advance. This allows us to order the cake for your party guests and reserve the starting time for your party.

How long do the parties last?   1 1/2 - 2 hours.

How far in advance do I have to schedule my party?  We suggest a 14 day notice, but will accept reservations with less notice if starting times are available.

Are tips required?  No. But if you feel that our party captain has earned a tip, please feel free to tip them directly.

What happens if we have bad weather? Our facility offers the latest in family entertainment. We will bring the party inside and have the birthday celebration in our gameroom.

May we bring our own food? You may bring a birthday cake.  No other outside concessions are allowed.

How many guests can we have? In order to provide you with the best possible party, we must limit each party to a maximum of 16.
